ORDERING & DELIVERY

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Shipping and Handling
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or by courier service, costs per order for wine are £6.99 + a 3% fuel surcharge + VAT.
Delivery cost for accessories and merchandise is £1.99 + VAT

Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch within one working day of receiving your order. Deliveries can usually be expected in 1-2 working days from despatch.

Damaged goods You must inform us within three working days of delivery of the goods if they are lost or damaged in transit so that we can correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Back orders
It is our aim to ensure we always have stock of items promoted on our website but occasionally we may run out of a product before we've had time to refresh our site. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order (or a part of your order) we will contact you with details of anticipated delivery date and an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT
For orders with an invoice address in the UK or European Union, 20 % VAT is added where applicable to the product.
